Ability to prepare delicious meal according to specified menu and schedule with a minimum amount of waste. Use standard food preparation utensils such as knives, spoons, tongs, and whips. operate power driven equipment such as a meat-slicer or mixer. Self-motivated, needs minimal supervision, adapt to change quickly, and very team oriented.
